A wedding is one of life’s most important celebrations, when everything should be exactly as you have wished and imagined. We take great responsibility for content and planning so you can focus on love. We have extensive experience of larger parties and offer you a contact person who takes responsibility for planning and implementation. Together with you and the team at Restaurant Skog, we create a wedding to remember in Sigtuna.

The wedding dinner is composed by the chef Patrik and his kitchen team based on your wishes and our suggestions. The drinks are carefully selected for the appetizer, main course and dessert. We set the table beautifully for the party according to the theme you choose. The bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, local beers and wines of various origins.

Marriage ceremony

If you want to get married on site at Sigtunahöjden, the large veranda overlooking the beautiful nature and Lake Mälaren is suitable. Here there is plenty of room for all guests, after dinner and bridal toast. If the weather makes it difficult, we move indoors.

For those who want to get married in a church, we suggest one of Sweden’s oldest medieval brick churches, Mariakyrkan, which is located in the middle of beautiful Sigtuna city. If you prefer a church in a rural location, we recommend Haga Church, located about 5 km north of Sigtuna. It is smaller and beautifully situated in the agricultural landscape of Uppland. Sigtuna is also home to Sweden’s smallest town hall and was built in 1744, a very popular option as a wedding venue.
